23rd of January, Friday
At 6, Al and Judy picked me up, to take me to the very first hockey game of my life. I'm not a sportsy person, but live games are always so exciting. I've only been to two baseball games. I like ice hockey, so I was looking forward to the evening. It was held at the Blue Cross Arena, in downtown Rochester. It's a pretty big arena, and it hosts other events too. Our group was in a VIP suite (you can imagine how fancy I felt). I've never been in to a hockey game, or a VIP booth. I met a lot of hockey enthusiast Rotarians and their wives (haha, just kidding). There was food and drinks. I enjoyed watching the game a lot. The Americans ended up winning, and because all the fans in the arena were Amerks fans, the whole crowdburst into ovation when the game finished.
I had a lot of fun! This was truly an awesome experience. I like hockey a lot more, than American football. Probably because I understand the rules more.
Al an Judy brought me back. Thank You so much for my Rotary Club! It was a cool event!
